CLASSES/KAL:

What if I want to cancel my class or KAL registration? 

Due to the nature of these events, we cannot accept cancellations for classes or KALs. Sorry! Once you have booked your spot we would appreciate your attending! 

Will the classes or KALs be recorded for later viewing?

We will be recording the KAL zoom sessions to view later in private Facebook groups for KALers only. If you do not want your name or face to show up in the recording, you can change your name and turn off the camera during the recording. Classes will not be recorded due to their proprietary nature and ownership by the instructor.

How are your classes/KAL hosted?

We host them in ZOOM. If you need assistance with downloading any software or the app, please visit their site to do so prior to attending - this will make it easy to join at the time of the event.

SUBSCRIPTIONS:

What is a subscription?

We offer bimonthly subscriptions. When you sign up, you are paying for your first shipment and are automatically enrolled in our bimonthly recurring shipments. One month prior to the shipment of each box, you will be charged for your shipment at the rate you signed up for initially. 

What currency does your site charge in?

All our products and shipping fees are charged in USA currency.

Where do you ship to/from?

We will be shipping from the USA and also drop shipping from our studio in CANADA. We will ship to USA, Canada and international destinations. Shipments will be sent via Canada Post and USPS and we are charging a flat fee of $7.50 for USA addresses and $12 for Canadian/international addresses.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discoverand American Express directly on our website.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Yes, if you live in the state of North Carolina, you will be charged sales tax.

How long does it take to ship a package to me?

Once dispatched, shipments within the USA and Canada typically arrive within 3-7 business days and international destinations typically arrive within 7-10 business days depending on the country you live in. You will receive a shipping notice when your package is dispatched. Shipments coming via USPS will be trackable from www.usps.com. Canada Post shipments are not trackable.

Will I be charged taxes and duty when my package arrives?

Shipments arriving into the USA will not be charged any duty or taxes. If you live in Canada or internationally please consult with your local customs/border agency to investigate the fees associated with shipments coming into your country. We are not responsible for duty or taxes charged on your package arriving into your country.

How do I update my address?

Please send us an email at zenknitbox@zenyarngarden.com with your new address. It is your responsibility to ensure that your address is up to date with us so we send your package to the proper location.

Do you accept returns?

Sorry, due to the unique nature of this kit we cannot accept returns. If the kit is not to your liking, may we suggest de-stashing it, knitting it for a friend or gifting it to a friend? We are not responsible for gauge or winding issues. Please be sure to check your gauge and use a ball winder and swift to wind your yarn so it does not tangle.

Can I set up a subscription as a gift?

Sure! Just enter your details and your gift recipient's mailing address and we will get that set up for you!

Can I manage my subscription?

Yes, you can log into your account and change or update your subscription settings.
