Retro Redux Shrug Kit (pattern included)

A bulky version of a vintage-inspired shrug. It is knit flat, bottom to collar, with short seams at sides and underarms. The collar has added short-rows to make it stand out even more.

Sizes (one size will fit many busts, depending on how open or closed you would like it). The back width measurement is taken across your back, from the middle of one under-arm to the other.
